I'll give you the grace of assuming you are asking if women like edible panties on men. the answer to that is no...not unless they are no-cal panties.
If the question is do women like edible panties on them, I would say no...women like to be appreciated for themselves if you get my drift.
I think the edible panties thing is mostly for edible panty manufacturers and bridal showers.

They like it when you don't eat them on the way home from the store. Or when someone else gets to wear them first. Second hand edible panties> I knew a guy who was hot for some girl at work. He told me he bought them for her birthday. He told me he coudn't help thinking about her wearing them so he ate them. I told him I was going to tell her he "Ate" her birthday present. It was pretty funny.
