You can call your local law school and ask if someone can tell you the stalking statutes of your particular state and then take action upon that knowledge since stalking is considered a crime in most states. You can also request a restraining order...but make sure you do know the statute(law)of your particular state first.
Calling the law school is a way to get the information for free...so give it a try and good luck
