As i answered in part 1 i think this is a date. You need to find out where you are going as this will determine what you wear.
My partners a causal guy but i always get dressed up as thats what i like, but there is different degrees of getting dressed up.
I dont think there is anything wrong with wearing a mini skirt and boots but why not combine this with a nice blouse. One thats smart and fitted, that way you''ll be able to be smart and hot but not feel out of place if you go somewhere a bit causual. You can always wear a nice bra and undo a couple of buttons on the blouse this way its sexy but keeps him guessing.
I say combine the two.

I'd say given the combination of events, it sounds like a date to me, especially if you spent 5 hours together! I'd definately be prepared for a date if I were you.
As far as what to wear, no reason not to look hot, after all, even if he isn't considering it a date yet, he should be by the end of the evening!

Wear what you usually wear. Also, we'd need more info to know if you were dating or not, for example, have you:
talked about your lives
call each other alot
said the word "love" and in what context
hugged
kissed
but, pretty much, if your about to go on a third "date" and it's something "more" than coffee, its a date

I think you will find out if it is a date by how things go on the day. Or you could just ask him. As for what to wear..that would depend upon whether you want to impress him or just see it as two friends meeting...

Not many guys wanna hang out with a girl just to be friends. I bet he wants more than friendship... but the fact that he isn't more concrete about seeing you makes me think he might not totally be that into it.

Wear something that make syou feel good and comfortable. That way you don't have to worry about your clothes. Be yourself - it is hard work to try and pretend to be someone else in the long run!

Take it as "just friends" for the time being, because if you think your dating & he just wants friendship, you won't see his **** for dust.
