Just get her to go to a physician for a single pill treatment or you could buy her some Monistat
Or you could go bake a loaf of bread...whatever floats your boat

take her to a doctor, make some bread or cheese, tell her to wash that thing once in a while. break it off with her

tell her, but in a nice way.......because it could be vaginal discharge which is caused by something wrong in the reproductive system (late period, yeast infection, pregnancy, the list goes on). so tell her for health reasons. good luck!
