i am in love with a friend n once i proposed her on the internet she used to be very good with me be4 i did so and the reason why i proposed her is i felt that she might also likes me but dunno why she does'nt talk to me anymore n

well not to be mean, but what were u thinking? To make a girl feel in loved you cant skip the dating! And you cannot propse over the internet. Girls arent gonna take that crap. So maybe you should call her and try to tell her that you made a mistake and want to start over and ask her to a movie and dinner

Maybe you jumped to the wrong conclusion or scared her off by proposing if you haven't met her and only spoken on the internet why would you do that?

My friend, u r not alone. I also did something THAT stupid. I can't tell u why she won't talk, but try and talk her round. But don't go too far. If she won't hear u out, let her go. It'll just end up causing u more pain.
