I live in a big city and it seems like most people here are pretty casual about random one night stands. I, on the other hand, am not. I have the old fashioned idea that I should only be with a boyfriend. Do you guys think it's pretty normal to be so casual about it? What side are you on? Curious. And, if you're daring, how often do you engage?

I was with a man for 3 years. We had some rough times. Now he is in the military. We see each other when he comes in and we still have a good bond but a hard time communicating our frustrations with each other. We have been broke up for a bout 2 1/2 years but we still see each other when he comes in. We also have a 3 year old son together. I am still very much in love with him. He is not seeing anyone else. I want to know how to tell him I want to be with him. And I want to figure out how to make it work.

I know that he is a grown man and all but is that accectable...would it have been better if he had not called at all....is that a sign of disrespect? Then he said "Darling I'm a little drunk right now can I just give you a call tomorrow." So what are your opnions on the situation...

We live in Fl, and after 2 1/2years, mom wants to move to VA, with child, as new hubby (in nov.)will be stationed there next summer! They plan to move back to Fl in 3 years when he retires! 8 year old girl, Born here, raised here, all of family here, maternal, paternal, extended, thru both bonus parents! We have her Mon& Wed til 9pm, and Fri- 6:30 on Sat so we do exercise our time with her weekly, and often more frequently, and pick her up earlier than stated in papers most often! Any similar cases, and opinions appreciated! Do we have a chance?

It's a common complaint that women make that us, men simply arent explicitly outlining our true feelings. I'll admit sometimes I'm just hoping they'll somehow "figure it out".

A few months ago a friend of mine must leave their house because they couldn’t afford to pay the rent. The husband asked me to borrow him money to rent a another house, but I made a decision that they would be better off living with me as I was living alone, also in a rented house. And I made a trade: I would support the family with my income and they would help me manage the house, cooking, and washing (including mine). I do think that the money I gave them is quite enough to live a decent living as I myself is not a rich man. So if they need more money, they must manage it by themselves. At first, they do it happily, but now I can feel that they do it half-heartedly.

About this family:
Back then:
The husband just loose his job for a month. The wife worked as a night shift waitress (still working up until now), with a minimum wage, and could not support the family fully. They have a 4 years old daughter, a 2 years old son, and a 1 year old daughter. The youngest daughter lived with their parents in another city.

Now (about 4 months later):
Their condition is more or less still the same. The husband still out of work and the wife still work as a waitress with minimum wage and stil cannot support the family fully.

Recent events:
About a week ago I protested them for buying electronics (a TV set and a Tape recorder), as I do think that they should prioritize more important needs, and they ought to remember that they still could not support themselves. I also asked the husband several times about when he would find a job as it was already five months he was out of job. I didn’t receive a satisfying answer.

I am really good friends with this girl. We went out recently and had a really romantic dinner and it was so much fun. I can't stop thinking about her...do you ever go out with someone and you think about them a lot?

I consider public display of affection as a way of showing off (look what I got). I don't like showoffs so I don't want to be one myself but when I say this girls they act like I don't like them or something. Why is it so necessary?

I have this friend who is like 32 years old, and likes this girl who is half his age (16) and he tells me that he really loves her, and says that he wants to go "steady" with her. The thing is is that he's still a virgin, and he tells me that he's afraid to date someone his age cause of the inexperience. Do you think it's ok for him to have a relationship with her, or do you think it's wrong?

So, my boyfriend broke up with me; I moved into my own apartment; I changed jobs (because we worked together). But I am having problems with the my complete alone time. I know that it is good but it makes it harder. All my friends are assocaited with him (we moved out to San Diego together) and while I can lean on my old friends, the interaction is only by phone. I feel like I need to move soon just to get away but that feels like running away. What to do when you don't feel like distracting yourself with friends and want to be alone but you drive yourself crazy when you are alone. I need some help ...

I have noticed more and more that kids are really acting up in public. When they become teens they have absolutely no respect for anyone. As a teen I was rambunctious but I always had respect for the elderly and the general public. I got my butt whooped regularly, not in an abusive way. Some of these kids need a good whipping. Don't you agree?
Should we start spanking our kids again? Timeout doesn't work.

I think it's a story of a melodramatic girl who watches too much TV and a miserable emo kid who doesn't have any friends, and really needs to shoot himself.

anyway, it keeps showing up on my myspace's comments, and I hate it with a passion.
