They are blocked. I know because I have an anonymous number. If you want to know who is calling every time, using *69 or caller ID you should get anonymous call rejection. I have to unblock my number when calling a friend of mine by pressing 1 when prompted because they have this as part of their service.

I have call intercept on my phone. If someone calls me, they can't block their number by using *67. The telephone company automatically dials my number. They inform me I have a call. If I want 2 take it I press 1, or I can send the call straight 2 my voice mail. This feature works well with anonymous callers, especially solicitors. I can send the call to an automated voice recording stating, " I don't take solicitations". I haven't had a prank call since ordering this feature.

It is obviously a private number so you won't be able to get it.
