If you're not happy, then consider it a blessing you are getting out early and not wasting years with her.

When you see her with another guy, just remember how much you weren't happy and be glad it isn't you. You'll soon get over it.

Breaking up is never easy, even if you know that the relationship was not meant to last a lifetime. When your girlfriend broke up with you it most likely brought up feelings of rejection, along with a little jealousy when you saw her with someone else. You know the saying...you don't want her, but you don't want anyone else to have her. It's so true...it is never easy to see someone that you had feelings for and shared intimate time with spending time with someone else. Time will heel all wounds, for now you have to pick yourself up and gather up your self-esteem and self-confidence and move on. You both deserve to be happy. Take care of you.

Occupy yourself with as many activities as possible. Just keep yourself busy and you won't have time to think about her. When my first girlfriend dumped me I was basically heartbroken for the entire year afterwards...not fun. Being involved in something...anything...will not only keep you busy, but will allow you to meet other people, and other girls ;)

Don't let it get you down. There are three billion other women out there. I guarantee you there is someone better than her out there for you. Trust me.

There isn't anything you can do. If she truly does not want to be with you there is nothing you can do to change this.

The only changes anyone should make are changes they feel they need to make within themselves and only for yourself not for someone else.

It is very possible to love someone yet not be happy with that person. If you truly love her you will want her to be happy even if that means her being happy with someone other than you. It is hard but sometimes you have to love someone enough to let them go.

Pull a George Costanza and rock a "pre-emptive breakup". Break up with her first.

it's hard, but it is better in the end, because you know you are not right for each other. try to avoid her as much as possible and you will get over it.

I think you're just having an ego meltdown. You're not sure if you like her but you don't want her to be around other guys... classic symptoms. Let it go.
