I guess it depends on what kind of things they're into.
It's like a sort of a fetish for some people, so the answer is
probably yes. I don't see what enjoyment people would get
from a paddling, flogging, caning the strap, or a whip, but I
guess there are some people who do enjoy that sort of thing.
