I am thinking about options other than an MBA for graduate school and i have undergrad degrees in Economics, Finance, and Math.

I got a 2200 on the SATS and I have a 3.5 GPA and I would more than anything to get out of this state and go to a much better school but financially, I can only afford to go to GSU. (For the nursing program, basically.)
My question is-- would you look down on me because I went to GSU?
Are people nice there?
Are they more or less racist than that of the people of UGA?
What are some bad things about this school?

On a different note, do you think I could pay off a huge college debt as a nurse? (This is hypothetically- if I go to a private college.)

Hasani take sout a 25 year home loan @11% per anum compounded monthly. Payments to be made in arrear. Just after he makes his 60th payment his intrest rate was reduced to 10.5%. If he continuous to pay the original instalments, how many such full payments does he need to make? do not count the final smaller payment.

I'm a strong standardized test-taker and have scored around a 163 on two practice LSAT's (under close to test conditions). Should I spend the large sum of money on a prep course (Kaplan, etc) or would I benefit just as much by just taking alot of practice exams on my own? I'd like to score around 168-171.

i'm in high school right now and doing this college credit program at the same time. So I will be earning my associates degree and high diploma at the same time. I know this girl who went to the community college for 2 years and then transfered to a four-year university and they accepted all her college credits. Is there anything wrong with going to a community college? Why do so many people look down on it?

Hi! I realize that getting good grades in college is important for being competitive in getting internships and jobs, but what happens if your grades are average? My GPA is about a 3.1, although I have a feeling it might go down a little bit this semester. I feel like I am beating myself up about it. If my grades are just average, how negatively will that impact me on the job market? How important is GPA with employers? I'm a Journalism major, by the way. Any advice would be great.

I'm thinking about becoming a nanny/aupair for this couple that have a set of 2 years old Quads and a 5 month old they wwant me to work 40 hours a week I want to go to the community college there in Arizona but do you think I can go full time or part-time and also if I go part-time how long will it take me to do my associates herre is my scheduleHere is what my ideal day would look like:7:45 - 10:30 - Playtime; walks; Sesame Street; outdoor play, etc.

(During the above time is when I will most likely make appts outside the home and I should be back by 11am daily)

10:30 - Feed lunch

11 - 2 Naptime for quads (baby is usually up a bit longer and may sleep from 12-2)

During their naptime you could take a long lunch break from 12-2.

2 - Get kids up, feed afternoon meal;clean up after them

2:45 - 4:30 - Playtime; outdoor play; music; reading; puzzles; coloring, etc.

I need to write a 2500 word anthropological essay on Tattooing cross culturally. It should discuss all kinds of body modification in general : tattooing, piercings, painting.... I need proper quotes and citations and they must be real anthropological resources.

As anyone who is taking Honors or AP courses, you think you weighted grade will be you savior. But do colleges look at the weighted or unweighted grade. ( and im not talking about the colleges that don't even count H or AP, makes no sense to do all that work anyway) Cause an 85 in mathH is 91.8~92. Im a junior and time is running short. Thanks.

Books, free room and board at state hotel, free laundry service etc. Yet some poor sap that obeys the rules can't get help because parents income is considered too high. Too high means they can almost pay their bills. A new one they just came up with is to pay tuition for illegal aliens also.

If you were in my situation, what would you do? Here it is:
I have very little work experience. I had a baby at a young age, and married when I was 18. I did eventually go to work as a cashier. However, my husband is a truck driver. When we would get into trouble financially, I would sometimes ride on the truck with him, so I would have to quit my job. The longest I held a job was 8 months.
Since then, I have had another child. I have been out of the workforce for 3 years, but I want to go back to work.
I became a full-time student, earning my AAB. I am more than halfway finished, and I am carrying a 3.83 GPA.
My problem? I can not get a job. I have applied to numerous places, and I can't even get a job at Wendy's. What would you do?
