Why in the state of Wisconsin you cannot afford tuition commit a major felony and state pays all college?

Books, free room and board at state hotel, free laundry service etc. Yet some poor sap that obeys the rules can't get help because parents income is considered too high. Too high means they can almost pay their bills. A new one they just came up with is to pay tuition for illegal aliens also.

What you gotta do is permanently get estranged from your parents. Then you'll no longer be their dependent. You're allowed to get back in touch and make up before the graduation ceremony, just as long as you do it after your last exam.
