I'm not sure what details are relevant so I'm listing everything possible. I have a set of images off of an older HP camera which are all approximately 2 mb in size. In the folder's detail window, I can see a thumbnail accurately depicting the image. However, whenever I try to open it, it says "drawing failed." I tried opening a Paint window and dragging the image into it and only about the top 1/4 of the window loaded.

Any idea what might be wrong and how that might be fixed? If you provide an email, I send you a sample.

I have a brownie hawkeye that was built for 620 film, but I am using 120 film with it (because 620 is no longer produced), and I was just wondering if I should load the film in a dark room or changing bag or if it would be fine if I just did it out of direct sunlight. Any info on 120 film or kodak brownie camera loading would be awesome.

The videos play back on the camera fine, but when I watch them on my computer there is no sound. They seem to be saved as THM and avi files, but neither works properly. I have reloaded my software many times but to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

I am looking for a digital camera with lots of zoom for under $400. I trust Canon but their zoom is rather small. Smaller is better as I have lost a few fingertips. Any ideas?

i recently had my daughter's photos taken professionally, and don't get me wrong they were gorgeous photos (though my daughter is annoyingly cute, despite not smiling!) but i spent £75 for five photos!!
why are they so expensive?

I think I like the Nikon L6 from what I have looked at.

While shopping, it seems like a lot of the Nikon camera's that are similar to Canon are a better price. I've noticed that Canon's seem to be more popular in general. Is there a reason for this?

Also, how good of an option is the anti-shake/shudder/vibration option?

The fact is they both use the same CCD sensor, which produce by Sony. But A100 has "Super Steady Shot" image stabilization which iS SoundS So Sweet to me. Also, whose lenses are cheaper and better? I am a first time DSLR buyer, am looking for detail-multi-points of view, thank y'all so much!

Current thoughts are Sigma 18-50 f2.8 EX DC or Tamron 28-75 f2.8 XR Di but would like some advice from anyone that has used these lenses or similar. Most photography will be outdoors.
Max budget £350.
Many thanks,
Phil.
