There has been a marked rise in digital photo frames. We are trying to understand why people would use a digital photo frame e.g. are these people who used to print photos out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a digital camera on layway at Wal-Mart. I have over $200, but less than $250 left to pay for it. How should I start out to use it? I mean the weather has been bad due to storms off the coast here. I'm really into photography. My dad taught me when I was about 19 years old, when he gave me a cameraa that photographers use, for Christmas. I had always wanted to be a photgrapher I guess. My co-worker is hiring my to take pictures of his wedding. My dad used to be a photographer for the newspaper for 10 years. He still does it sometimes & he's a professional with what he does. So please help me out.

Okay, I have around $130 at my expense, give or take. I need a camera that does, obviously, pictures and possibly short video clips. I've done some looking up for a few months ago, but I was just wondering what you would recommend or what camera you use. Thank you very much!

I want to know who made the camera(Kodak, etc) and what the actual name of the camera is so I can search for it.

I'm looking for coupon codes that I can use as a current customer. I don't want to apply for a new account for 50 free prints every time. Maybe 100 prints for $.08 or $.06.

This is pretty urgent, so i'd really appreciate it if someone could give me the model name of a Nikon 35mm manual camera that has a shutter speed of 6400. The body looks similar to a Nikon FE manual camera, but the shutter speed goes up to 6400. Thanks a bunch!

i want a digital camera whose
user interface is FAST.

easy to use and logical would be nice too.

also needs to have optical zoom and
be pocket size, no SLRs this time.

fast pix would be good too - as in
no shutter lag.

i had a fuji 4700, it;s great but it uses
batteries way too fast. actually it doesn;t really use them, because after the fuji is 'done', you can put the same batteries in an olympus camera for 200 more shots.

anyway, the point is, i am not super fussy
i have a camera that does it, it just uses batteries too fast.

wle.

I'm photographing my schools homecoming football game tomorrow night. I'll be using a Nikon D70 with several different lenses. My question is, what're the best settings to work with for a night scene with stadiums lights, and fast movements? I want my action shots to be crisp and still be able to have good lighting, since it will be dark.

Thanks.

One of the best features of most new digital cameras is their ability to shoot little video clips. I've been looking into getting a nice digital SLR but cant' find one with this feature. Why not?

I'm trying to find the right resolution to share pics of my kids that will print well as a 4x6 at the local 1 hour photo places but not be so huge that they become a problem to email.

My current camera is 7.2 megapixel Sony. Although we occasionally run 8x10s I've been slowly lowering the resolution on the camera because we jsut can't store them all. So I need to go through all the photos, resize and organize those I want to keep forever.

THanks for your suggestions!

If 5 million pixels is 5 mega pixels, then what it 1 billion pixels? (don't say 1,000 mega pixels!) - is there a word for a billion?

The Olympus website calls this a great low light camera, and with an f/2.8 lens I assumed it should be, but the most in-depth review I've been able to find on it says just the opposite... that it's only good in bright light or with fast film.

http://members.aol.com/dcolucci/epic.htm

What do the camera buffs here think? I'm hesitant, since the very reason I was considering one was for use without flash in less than bright light, or for better shots with slower film.
