I'm going to get a digital camera but I want one with a big memory so I was just wondering how many photos a 28MBcan take?

And what cameras do you recommend that is easy to carry around and has a large memory?

I know it has 1 more MP and a 12X zoom and all that stuff. What I'm interested in is in the quality of the image per se. Better? Worse? The same?

When I take photos on my digital camera the size on my comutor is 1.5mb per picture because the quality is 7.1 pixals. How can I get the pictures smaller for storage on cd's preferably about 700kb-1mb? Without zipping or using a commercial product!

I have never bought a digital camera and i decided that i should buy myself one for my birthday ,but im having some problems !
I have ben shopping around and found that i like this model :Sony Cyber-shot 5.1-Megapixel Digital Camera - Black, and it is slim and i just want a camera to put in my purse and capture random moments so could you please tell me if this is a good camera or sugest something different,please.

i have had a camera for sale for a week on craigslist now, and its a pretty good camera
but so far all the emails for it were scams
why dont any REAL people wannit?
