why dont you try best buy or even targets they have a sale going on

Based on my observations, pawn shops are poor place to get electronics of any sort - the prices aren't all that competitive compared to getting a new camera from a discount store, and you'll get a warranty on a new camera too.

Try eBay if you want to buy a used camera on line, at least you can check out the seller's rating before buying. Again, a warranty probably won't be available.

Otherwise, check out Wal Mart, K Mart, Best Buy, etc. if you want to "kick the tires" on a new camera before buying.

Try Ebay. I got a good Sony 5.1 for a cheap price. It's worth a try.

on ebay, there are a lot of people that sell really cheap ones, but be prepared, you wont get great pictures out of a cheap one.
