My budget is $300, i like the looks and features of the Kodak EasyShare Z650, Panasonic Lumix® DMC-LZ2, and the Sony Cyber-shot® DSC-W70. Anyone have these cameras? Or have anyother suggestions? I am not a pro, i want clear images, i like extra zoom, i like a small design, and bells and whistles are not much of a loss or gain. Please suggest...

Currently, I have a basic point and shoot. It does a great job, I am just looking for something that has some more detail.

I just need something handy to bring on family trips, outtings and dinner. Nothing too big, or too expensive, but it should still give good quality prints.

Help! I lost my charger and went to my local Sony store to buy a new one. They sold me the wrong one, when I went to return it, they told me I had to order it online because they no longer sell my camera. According to their website, I ordered the right one for camera... or so I thought!

My order just came today, and guess what? Wrong kind again!

Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

I bought the Sony DSC-H1 last summer and I see Sony has released a 7.1 megapixel model, the DSC-H5. What are the improvements other than pixels and is it worth upgrading to a newer model this year vs my DSC-H1?

I'm somewhat fimiliar w/ SLR cameras growning up on a Pentax K1000 since I was about 12yo. I'm ready for a digital camera, but I'm lucky if my husband ever takes pictures. I'm trying to decide between Sony Cybershot dsc-h5 and Cannon power shot s3IS. I know I want Image stabilizer, 8 to 10 optical zoom, a decent sized lcd screen & rechargeable vs AA/A batteries--- we have 5 kids and are going to WDW in Oct--- I want to catch the whole experience w/o having to carry alot of equipt. & not intimidate my husband so he will take pics w/ me too. Trip of a life time dont want to miss a thing for the scrap "box" (with 5 kids and a ft job who books) hahaha can anyone help me decide? I'd like to stay under 400 for the entire package-- I'd like to use it beyond the trip too so I don't mind having variable features. Any other suggestions on which caamera to go for would be great. I like the idea of staying w/ a co that make cameras- I have looked at Olympus-limitedly in stores though.

are there any websites that offer free hosting of pics where others can comment an vote like www.pbase.com.... i don't use pbase.com as their free account is poor...

So digital zoom seems pointless

Am trying hard to find a good digital camera, and would desperately appreciate any input anyone could give me...

1) i want to take fun holiday snaps, max size 6x4. do i need a 5MP camera, or will a 3.2MP / 4MP do just as well?

2) it needs to be under £90, to be able to take SD memory cards of up to 512MB, and to be able to take Ni-MH rechargable batteries/ li-ion rechargable batteries. I would like it to be compact and pocket-sized, and it would be good for it to have a zoom.

3) It needs to be available in the UK

4) I was thinking of the Kodak EasyShare C530/ C330/ C340 / C360, or an olympus c370. does anyone have any opinions/ experiences/ cheap, reputable vendor sites for any of these?

5)does anyone know of any sites selling panasonic cameras for under £100, as I've heard they are brilliant?

Sorry for all the questions, but i'd really thank you for answering (anyway, think of the points! ;-) )

I'm thinking about buying it from Walmart. I like it cuz it's cute, but the low price scares me. Is it good?

I want to buy a digital camera. Am I ok with going with a 3.2 megapixal? Or should I go for the 5? I'm not planning on ever making the photos larger than maybe a 5x7. But I will want them on the computer screen.
