If you live in a major metropolitan area, just go hang out downtown late at night and soon enough, someone will try to sell you a digital camera on the cheap. Nevermind that it's stolen and the fact that you can get mugged. But that'll be the best deal around, bar none.

Buy one from Costco.
They have unlimited return policy.
if you don't like it, or want to upgrade, just take the product back... and no questions asked...
You'll get the best rates as well... cheaper than market.
