I'm thinking about buying it from Walmart. I like it cuz it's cute, but the low price scares me. Is it good?

For the money, it is a great great camera, but otherwise you cannot compare the quality of it with any other digital cameras. This camera is only 3.2 million pixles with a tiny little sensor that captures the images. The sensor is same as the one used in mobile phones and the quality is really poor, the pictures come out very grainy.
The looks of the camera is what attract most customers towards it. this camera doesn't have any optical zoom. It only has digital zoom. The optical zoom works through the lens and when you use this, you don't loose any quality. Digital zoom is same as increaing the pixels on your computer or you can say enlarging the pixels. The quality is lost, picture looks grainy and pixelated.
The decision is up to you, I say again that for the price it is worth buying. Good value for money. Reasonable quality if you are printing in small size.

I would get it if I were you, you should just save up some more money and get a camera that's worth the money.
