I have a Canon Camcorder camera MV 700, i cannot transfer from the camera to the PC because i have the wire but i cannot find the right drivers, any suggestion?

Canon has a driver here listed by system.
Select your system and install the driver they recommend.

Are you transferring photos or video? If you are transferring video, the cable is not supplied, you need a firewire cable and you don't need any drivers for video transfer. Once you got the wire, you can use Windows Movie Maker (preloaded with Windows XP) to capture video.

But if you want to transfer still photos, it will be difficult to find drivers for it. The best would be to contact canon. I am sure they will be able to help you by supplying the driver.
