Camera was wet in the river water while rafting two weeks ago.

If it was just plain water, let it dry and try it again. If it was any other liquid, like beer, soda, pool water, ocean water, etc, it might be ruined. Take it to a camera store and see what they say. If you send it in for repair, it won't be covered under your warranty, by the way.

Moisture can be a camera's worst enemy. Take it to a camera repair shop and have them check it and give you an estimate for repair.

I've heard you can try to dry it out slowly (remove all batteries first) but baking it at extremely low heat in an oven over a long time.

its hard to say. Depends on liquid.... bez if it was just water ... let it dry completely .... then try .... but if it was something like sugar based liquid ... it depends...

Try taking to repair shop instead fixing yourself .... u must ruid it....

but ask them howmuch it gonna cost on repair... bez. most of camera are not worth repairing... better to buy new one
