I have been using Limewire for years and never ever received a virus from downloading music. I heard people got viruses on their computer from downloading just music, but its hard to believe. I personally don't believe you can get it from downloading just music. I know software and pc games you can, but what about mp3 files?

I installed a beta of Windows Vista on my 2nd hard drive, and do not like it much. I wish to delete it to reclaim my space, but when I try to, I get an error telling me that files within the "Windows" folder on that drive can not be deleted. How can I remove vista and reclaim my precious gigabytes?

Thanks!

I'm using WindowsMediaPlayer to play an avi file. There is sound but no picture. I tried using QuickTime, but it doesn't work at all. Is there any other player I can use that will work? Or is there something extra I need to download for WindowsMediaPlayer to show the picture, too?

I like the original blue and green Royale theme for XP, but is there a full green colored version of Royale somewhere in the net officially made by Microsoft or created / modified by someone else? Or otherwise a good program that can make a full green one out of the original?

Windows XPsp2 - IE7
Sometimes the pointer will jump from anwhere on the page to the close X in the top right corner just as I'm about to click on a link or scroll down the page, because I don't notice the sudden jump I end up closing explorer. This is not regular nor is it repeatable but it is an annoyance. It did happen with previous versions of explorer but seems to be more prevalant since I updated. Does anyone have a clue as to whythis is happening, and or is this happening to anyone else? I've run scans for malware but they all come up as clean and apart from this little niggle I'm happy with IE so suggestions of replacing it with another browser aint gonna be usefull, but if you know of any other cure I'll ask Santa to be extra nice to you this year.

Hi... I have my XP disc and I remember theres somethin you type:

start > run > "something"

And Windows will use the XP disc to check that all important O/S files are in place on your system.. and replace any that are missing or have been damaged.

Anyone remember the command please ? Thx.

However, the presentation I have to use it for will be on a computer with an older version of powerpoint. Will my powerpoint from the 2007 version work on the older version? Thanks!
