impossible to be sure but you probably have security settings on high.(im assuming you are using internet explorer)

try adding adobe site to trusted sites

go to the tools menu in internet explorer, select internet options.
select the security tab, then click on the trusted sites icon, followed by the "sites" button.

type:
http://www.adobe.com

where it says "add this website to the zone"

then click add
then keep clicking ok until you are out of the options menus

now go to this site
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

All you need to do is uninstall the program then reboot. Then go to adobe site and (download adobe 7.0 reader first),without this the player will not download nor will it work propperly, the reader is important, part of alot of programs.Other words the reader helps the pc translates the program your trying to download
