I would like to completely erase my hard drive and 'start over' - re load windows, etc. I tried to run FORMAT C: from the dos screen, but it wouldn't let me because it said there was still some software - I'm guessing it was the Windows operating system. How do I 'start over' in order to erase the bugs that creeped in?

I just buy a PC and put the correct time in my clock, however, later on the time changs by itself. I alreafy change it again and again and every time, more or less every 50 minutes, the clock adjusts itself to other time. How can I resolve this?

Could anyone recommend good freeware or off-the-shelf equivalents to Illustrator/Fireworks?

I'm obviously not looking for something with all the features of Illustrator/Fireworks, but something with the basics, plus a few extras would be great.

Every time I download a song, it says "disk error" or "disk problem". It's one of the two. I got 4.12.3 Pro that I downloaded from the first free edition of limewire, meaning, I downloaded the Pro version from the free version. How can I fix this problem with the "disk errors"?

I am looking for a program where I can input the tracking number, the client ID and other pertinent information and after I save the information have the program automatically email the client based on the ID I put in. Does such a program exist? If so, where can I find it and about how much does it cost? I would also like it to save a record of the email exchange.
