Using Yahoo Mail?

Use the Yahoo toolbar -- pop-up blocker and Norton anti-spy.

To control SPAM -- go to Yahoo Mail options.
You can create filters and have all unsolicited mail go into a bulk folder. I display 25 at a time. Take a quick look at the senders. Click "check all" then click "delete." Gone with two clicks!
