Software - August 2006

I have a problem with the windows xp. I can’t go to Windows. I know how to do to Dos when the computer boot up , but I don’t know the commands to recover my files in my hard disk. I want to copy the files documents and photos folder in the hard disk to a CD?
can I do it from Dos If can what are the commands ?

my 7.5 also stopped working, i contacted microsoft and got instructions from them on how to sort it,this included deleting 7.5 from my system. so having followed their instructions (and having no success) i am left with no messenger . when the error message comes up it says reason " WINDOWS\system32\advpack.dll " is it possible to replace this file? i do not have a xp pro disk as it came pre-installed on my laptop.

Right you no the boot menu on your comp when i turn it on it goes starte to that then counts down 2 seconds then auto starts home edition i want it to do that but like before it started it anyway without the boot menu why and how can i put it back?

i have a few math operations made in excel and i want the result to be transferd to a word file in the the places i decide in a table and every time i change somthing in the numbers i want the word file to check automaticly "or manualy" and change the results in it according to the excel file ... please if any one know any thing about this ..help

which technology is better for an organization for developing ERP, is it SAP or .Net ( online ). We use only Microsoft Products for our inhouse software devlopment. If SAP is better then we will buy the SAP Application from the Software firm
