If you are inside windows (logged on) go to the "users" in the control panel, right click the "Administrator" or "Admin" if you created that account and choose "reset password"
You can also "Ctrl Alt Del" and "Change Password" when logged in under the "Admin" user.
If you can't login to windows with the Admin, but have another user name with Administrator security rights, you can reset the Admin password as i mentioned above.
Now if you are locked out your computer, the only way is with an advance software that can break the password or even give you hints of what the current password is.
But for that info... well... you have to pay!!!

You can reset admin password, only if you know the previous admin password. You have to log in to the admin. then, go to control panel and click on user accounts...
There you'll see the required option....
If you've forgotten the password, you'll need a Windows bootable disk to reset your password... You can search for further ideas in google.com. They have a range of links, that could help solve your problem...

If you have a second account that has admin privilege that is the easiest.
There is a site that will crack the password, can't recall the site. they charge for 24 hour service but it is free after 3 or 4 days.
