most of the softwares i know can transform video files into mp3 files only upto 3 minutes, but i need a software which would transform atleast upto 10 minutes.

Do you mean mpg form?
mp3 format does not carry video, only audio.
mpg form comes in several flavors and not all devices can play it because it depends on the compression.
What device are you going to play the format with?

I think you might mean MPG, not MP3. MP3 is audio only.
To convert video to MP3 audio you can use a program called Cool Edit Pro, or probably any comparable audio editer to extract the audio from the video and save as MP3.
If on the other hand you want to convert to MPG video, you can use any number of conversion tools. Xilisoft or WinAVI just to name 2 from memory. Many are available and you can google search for downloads all across the net.

its impossible doing tht. u can compress it if u want or deceease the resolution if u want
