The CD ROM is called Just Ask Me. You have to register it with www.justaskme.com or www.justaskmenow.com before you can use it. The website always says it's under construction and Nightingale won't tell me how I can get a refund on the product they keep telling me it's between me and just ask me, that's when they actually bother answering my emails.

I have a 40 gb hd. it has 2 partitions. on c drive i have installed win 98 and on d win xp. I want to remove win 98. I have tried formatting also , but it hasn't helped. pls. help

Last week I asked this questions while trying to download the newest version of yahoo messenger. yahoo sent me a link in order to help me to download messenger and it worked. Unfortunately, now I'm getting a message that I need up update software from the detection program and it's failing when installed. I cannot get past the second request for running a program. I'm not sure if it has to do with Windows Internet Explorer or not. I usually use Verizon Yahoo Broadband browers and when I start to download the Detection Program Software it goes to Windows Internet Explorer.
