The CD ROM is called Just Ask Me. You have to register it with www.justaskme.com or www.justaskmenow.com before you can use it. The website always says it's under construction and Nightingale won't tell me how I can get a refund on the product they keep telling me it's between me and just ask me, that's when they actually bother answering my emails.

I can't find this disc. I'm curious as to why you would need to register to use a purchased product. Seems like a scam to me. justaskme.com is as you say, under construction (which leads me to believe that it was recently bought) and the other side is completely blank. I am not familiar with Nightingale, can you go to small claims court?
