how can i open .cab extension file?

i have bought wwe raw game but in 2nd cd it doesnot work because it needed .cab extension

I don't understand exactly what you problem is (use better English please), but to open a .cab file, there are plenty of options:

Google:
type "cab viewer"
and go from there
Or go to Wikipedia.org and look for
cab

PS: you can also use winrar

But I'm not sure it's going to solve your problem: if you're installing a game and it fails because of a CAB file, it's not because you need a viewer, it's because your CD is damaged. That's bad luck!
