I'm about to buy a Mac because my PC just died. Will I be able to download the Photoshop Mac trial version and use the same serial code I used a couple months ago for my PC version?

Not a serial code but it's called unlock code which is provided by adobe to access the program.PC and MAC versions are different version.

what yo uare doing and plan on doing is illegal
serial numbers are specific to the program, so if you download a trial version, you are lmited to tis usage.
if you want to continue to the use the program PURCHASE IT like everyone else does
otherwise, look for alternative programs if you cant afford it
http://www.jasc.com or http://www.gimp.org are altertnatives.
