Most graphic cards use the generic graphic driver found in Windows 2000 and XP. But you are using the much older Windows 98 operating system, which does not come with generic drivers for newer graphic cards. Your graphic card should have come with a installation CD with the driver on it. Or, Windows 98 installation CD should have the drivers as well. If you don't have either then you can try going to the graphic card's manufacturer website and search for the necessary driver. If all else fails, you can try Techspot's Driver Library but you need to know which graphic card you are using (e.g. Nvidia or ATI ). The download link is http://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/category/1/

first you need to know the chipset maker of your graphics card or chip. If it's onboard or integrated just search the motherboard makers site. If it's a video card go to the card makers site, or to the chipset makers site.
Common video card chip makers are nvidia, ati, voodoo, sis, and S3
integrated can be all of the above and intel.
