I like the original blue and green Royale theme for XP, but is there a full green colored version of Royale somewhere in the net officially made by Microsoft or created / modified by someone else? Or otherwise a good program that can make a full green one out of the original?

Try the microsoft website in New Zealand (or Australia?),not the US site, if my memory is correct. It's a special theme that you can only download from there.

i don't think so. but if you right click on your desktop, click on properties, and choose the appearance tab, you can choose "olive", instead of the default blue or silver. microsoft also has a black xp theme, free to download on their website.
