Software - October 2006

Basically what happens is i play the DVD and it comes up but with no picture or sound - but you can see the green bar saying its playing moving - i tried a couple of codecs but no success - could someone help me out by giving me some direct links or something please?

I have a need to "pop" my mail from one exchange server (email box) and send it somewhere else. The admins do not allow IMAP connections to these boxes, so it has to really be an "exchange connection".

Right now I have to leave an outlook client opened to pull the mail off. Is there another client which can do this?

Or perhaps a perl library for working with exchange servers?

Anything which will return control to me?

When I select "preview" and see how the image will look, it's beautiful, crisp and in full color. When I actually print it, though, It comes out all in light blue. I tried to change maybe some setting relating to this, but there is none. I just get a detailed image in various shades of light blue. What am I doing wrong?

Is there an easier/quicker way to fill a cell with color besides clicking the fill color button on the toolbar? I need to highlight several cells yellow and was wondering if there is some sort of shortcut key, etc. I can use.

Bought Microsoft Office Profeessional Edition 2003 and ended buying a new computer, I spent 12 hours on the phone with microsoft reps. to be told to call back every 15 to 20 minutes. Finally gave me another number to call to be told I would have to pay $35.00 an hour for help. Oh my gosh I spent $198.00 on the program to begin with. I told them all this and got nothing in return and I sent an email. Anyone know what I can do? They didn't say you could not buy a new computer and if you did you would not be able to use their product on it..........I need HELP????????

Im going to be hosting a dedicated server onf of my other PC's. I will be hosting php based scripts and applications, does anyone recommend any programs for hosting such? When I use Apache or Abyss Web Server it always makes me download the script, not view it.

i had virus infection in my system .now i get rid off . but two file namely recyclebin and system volume information presented in c ,d, e ,drive. i cannot able to delete those files .a message occur as follows--

" cannot delete recycled: it is being used by another person or program

close any program that might be using the file & try again"

iam not using any program . im the only user to use my pc
