i had virus infection in my system .now i get rid off . but two file namely recyclebin and system volume information presented in c ,d, e ,drive. i cannot able to delete those files .a message occur as follows--

" cannot delete recycled: it is being used by another person or program

close any program that might be using the file & try again"

iam not using any program . im the only user to use my pc

pls help me out

Those are system files. You can't delete them. (The other person or program, by the way, is DOS.)

The recycle bin and system volume information folders are system folders required for Windows to operate correctly, and can't be deleted.

Here's what you should try:
Update your antivirus software (or the virus definitions at the very least). Then go into your antivirus program's options menu and remove all file extensions to exclude while scanning. Now scan your entire system; you should be able to find & fix your problem.

sounds like you still have the virus. If you have an anti-virus, run it, scan the whole system and it detects the corrupted files, delete them using the anti-virus, if not possible quarantine the files using the anti-virus. Got no anti-virus or a bad one? Got to format your system, the only sure way to get rid of the virus.

If gadget restoration become became on once you deleted data and those data weren't too huge in length ...(speaking approximately abode windows xp) than in simple terms run gadget restoration(backup) wizard and it will lower back up your laptop to 2d whilst it become saved :)

Those are a part of the OS system, you don't delete them.

for that you should open your task manager see in the process
that that particular program is running or not...............
