Do a "Print Preview" before you print. That will help to detect the problem.

If this is within EXCEL make sure you set the print area.
By highlighting all the text or columns and go FILE | PRINT AREA and click on SET PRINT AREA or right click and the SET PRINT AREA option should be there.

If you're using Word then check everything is within the printing margins...check with print preview.

Just right click to copy, them go to Microsoft Word, right click paste/print and print

if you printing through 'word' your columns could be out of line. check your print preview beforehand
