If I set my computer clock to, say, 2090, will my Norton Antivirus expire? I only just got 360 today on my new computer you see...
I doubt it but can someone just confirm?

Hello i have a problem with spyware on my computer.
I randomly got this thing pop up in my task bar its shaped like a shield and the picture flicks between a red cross and a blue question mark and it says i have a spyware problem and that i need to download some type solution, however when i click it it does a free scan and tells me i have hundreds of problems then tries to sell me there spyware product.
Then when i click on internet explorer it does not go to my home page, another page pops up and says i have a virus called W32.Myzor.FK@yf and it does the same as before and tries to sell me a solution, it does let me input a website address hence im on here now.
I have mcafee and it says im fully covered for spyware ???
Please can someone help i have not got a clue.

i sweep my computer everyday but there was this one time were i didnt sweep it for 5 days because i was away. and now when i sweep it at the end it doesnt find anything. when i sweeped it everyday all the time it regularly found atlease something because i play online games but now it doesnt find anything is it because it really didnt find anything or i need to unistall the spy sweeper and install it once again or idk please let me know thnks.

A have a lot of viruses in the virus vault. I cannot click "heal" because when I go over it with my cursor, nothing happens.

I'm not a computer genius and need a couple quick tips please. My computer is running a little slow and I need to know a few steps I can take to speed it up. I'm sure I have programs and other junk on here that I can get rid of, I'm just not sure which are safe to remove.

When I type a keyword into the address bar, it opens with onestepsearch.com instead of google like it once did. I believe that this is causing the problem. Sometimes when I type in a web address, my browser starts refreshing non-stop and sometimes it begins to open new tabs repeatedly and there is nothing I can do to stop it, besides reboot. Also, my right click is no longer working.

How can I change it to where google will search for the keyword I type in my ADDRESS BAR instead of onestepsearch? I know I don't have any viruses, adware, or spyware because I already scanned.

I have Symantec Anti-Virus. It scans for adware and spyware as well. I did a complete full scan of the entire computer only to find nothing.

What is wrong?

A virus is killing my computer and while i was using AVG to clean it up, it shut off on me. So when I powered it back up, it asked for me to log on and for a password which I never used before. Does anybody know how to get around that?

The email which came to my office email address ( I am a voluntary worker) was forwarded by somebody I know and contains hundreds of other email addresses. Presumably somebody is 'tracking' these, (probably not AOL/Intel). I would like to think there could be some positive outcome for all of these people but frankly, I don't have time (or inclination) to get to know them all! Will deleting the message be enough to get me off the hit list? Or perhaps I'm being too cynical and cheques will arrive. As it is at work I don't feel I can take the risk, I need the goodwill of people in my address book.

This has happend quite a few times in the last few days.It will switch off without warning and always while im using it.I have done a virus scan and defragmented but it still happens.
