Seriously....Lottery scam letters are sent out by the thousands and thousands every day.
There are only two things the bad guys want.... your money and your identity.
Unless you have bought a ticket, you CANNOT have won a prize. There are no such things as "email" draws or any other lottery where "no tickets were sold".
If you have an email stating you have won millions, delete it, it's a scam!!

Spam Scam Send it to the spam trashcan without opening it.

Sadly, there are devils in the cyber world. Once you enter your email address on any website, you will be Spammed again and again. Need to also add this email address to your spam blocker.

"Is this legit?" NO, it's a scam.

"and how did they get my email address?"

If you ever entered your Email Address into any website form, you gave it to them when you hit the "Submit" key.
