You have to contact your IP service and ask them to give you a new password. If you change the password in your modem, you will not be able to connect to your Internet Provider. Your IP service, will tell you that your password is not correct.

I have ADSL, with a MAC address and my telephone line. (If I have a problem, when I call my IP service they already know my telephone #, but they ask me to confirm my MAC address located on my small "SpeedTouch", ADSL, instrument.

contact your isp server, or admin, or who ever is control of it, and ask them for a password...
