Unintstalling obviously wont work because McAfee doesn't know whether I still have it installed or not, and its an automatic bill to credit card, so I can't "not" pay.

From this page....... http://service.mcafee.com/LocaleSelect.aspx?lc=1033&sg=CS&pt=1&st=CHAT
you have the option of 'Chat & Email' or 'Telephone Customer Service'.
You'll need to select which country you are in from the drop-down box and click 'next' to email a Customer Service Representative for answers to questions such as billing and account-related enquiries.
They say estimated waiting time is 24 hours, and hours of operation are 24/7.
If you select 'Telephone Customer Service' you will be directed to a page that gives you the number you need to speak with them in person.
Good Luck!

I have had something similar but with PC-TOOLS "Spy Doctor".
What happened was that The newest version in of "Spy Doctor". would not install properly so I decided not to renew the subscription. But PCTOOLS automatically renewed it using my credit card details I had given them 12 months before but this time without asking me first for permission.
That infuriated me because I had already told them that I would not renew.
This is what I did. I searched and found their email address by searching the internet for PC-TOOLS. I eventually came across their Customer Service Contact.
One thing I must say, though. McAfee has been brilliant in everything from protecting my PC to assistance when something does not go quite right. I unreservedly recommend them. I have the 10 in 1 McAfee Internet Security Suite.
Here is their Customer Services Contact

Contact your credit card co and tell them not pay it, if they already have, tell them you did not know how contact them and you want it canceled, you apparently have no control over the program, that is another warning for credit card company not to pay.

Contact your credit card company. Tell them you have tried to cancel but can not. Tell them not to allow McAfee to charge your credit card.

Just uninstall it. You can't be billed for it unless you renew it.
