we have 10 hours of using internet. We are paying this every semester..now, my internet account is getting lose....how can i surf internet without loggin in on a computer??help me please!

I have computer a that has a grey box that pops up that says eTrust Pest Patrol Active Protection. then it says Error! Excluder init failed.

I'm pretty sure it's Virtumonde. It's infected both my computers now. It keeps giving me AVSystemCare popups and a few others. I've tried AdAware, Spybot S&D, and two specialising in virtumonde: F-vmonde and Vundofix. None of these are picking anything up but I know something is there because I keep getting the AVSystemCare popups. Something like this happened before and I had to get a HJT log so people could help. Anyone have any suggestions for other programs I could use?

I received a .zip file and when I hit to download, a folder called "secured download" appears in the desktop. I try to open it but I can not find documents in the extension they where sent. One of them has no extension and the other is .suit. One of them was supposed to be a .ai file. Does anybody know what this is?? How could I open the files? Thanks in advance.

I`ve been advised to delete all the "start up" items except my security. I can recognise AVG there, but Comodo Firewall, SpyBot Search & destroy & Adaware I cant, Can anybody please tell me what these will read as in Start Up Item. Thanks

i have found a proxy which allows me to view any webpage i want but i cant' find a way to install anything on the school computer. when ever you try it says you need to be a school adminstrator. There was a computer at my old school that allowed you to install for some odd reason. is there any way to do this. please dont write anything on here telling me not to do it or anything along those lines, if that what you do with you life you need to get one....thanks - Dustin

Having trouble getting to my web sight it freezes and also when you get in they cut in and block you out then you have to keep trying do they not know that really messes up your computer maybe if they have to pay for those damages they will stop stop it.

i keep getting a pop up saying my computer is making unauthorised copies of all my files! ive scanned with my avg antivirus and spyware and also with spybot and it appears to remove it but its still giving me popups saying click here to download anti spyware tool? something called winantivirus please please help me if you can

i think my pc got infected with Mblast and trojan.termex...i have uninstalled the yahoomessenger..the connection is so slow and is even frequently disconnected. before this happened, i got the hardisk reformatted . i used the Mcafee anti-virus but all the same, Mblast virus infected it...then the trojan termex came next..how do i remove these viruses?
