we have 10 hours of using internet. We are paying this every semester..now, my internet account is getting lose....how can i surf internet without loggin in on a computer??help me please!

You are lucky that your school cares about its students and are being socially responsible for what you do whilst in their care.
School is for learning and the school will provide the use of their computers to further your education without restriction. It's really your fault for being caught in the first place - it was people like you doing what you want on the internet that has forced this result.

Try downloading portable firefox and putting it on a thumbdrive.
Then try surfing with that.
