I need help blocking all pornographic images, online and off line.

in internet exploer. go to to "tools" then "internet options" then click on "security".

There are a lot of software available to block content, just search for "web filter". However remember that none of those programs are 100% fool proof and some will always get through.

online and offline?? Either you are a parent trying to over protect your kid. Try moving the computer to the kitchen, and not their bedroom.
or, you have a spyware problem and getting a ton of popups. Get yourself a spyware scanner...

Try KH blocker. it doesn't block porn, but it blocks tons of ads from appearing., it dosen't block popups. Its free too!
as for porn, research is your best answer. try searching on a pc website
