Unless you have bought a ticket, you CANNOT have won a prize. There are no such things as "email" draws or any other lottery where "no tickets were sold".
Scam lottery emails will nearly always come from free email accounts such as Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN, etc, and no real business will use a free email account.

Just delete them!

It's just a scam, report them as spam. Usually If It's typed with a lot of errors(which is a trademark of these idiots) or somebody left you money that you don't even know, or you win a lottery that you didn't enter, It's probably a scam. In these scams they also ask you for your:Name-Address-Occupation-email address-next of kin-home phone-fax number and or the name of your spouse. Look at all the unnecessary information there asking for. There trying to steal your identity. They will also probably tell you to keep this confidential so no one else will try to cash in on your money, when in fact the only reason they don't want you to tell is they don't want to get caught.Keep in mind especially on the Internet, If It sounds to good to be true It probably Is.Go to www.419.nigerianscams.com Here you will see a long list of these types of scams. GOOD LUCK!!

Have received many of them. They are trying to get your information, and may have a hidden payload if you respond. The other scam is trying to get you to send money to claim the non-existent prize.
