I have computer a that has a grey box that pops up that says eTrust Pest Patrol Active Protection. then it says Error! Excluder init failed.
(Error Error opening exclusions)
I need help if you can help me please. Thanks

Do neither one of those suggested! First off, is eTrust PestPatrol a program YOU downloaded for some reason? If so then uninstall it and re-install it. If it isn't something you installed to begin with there is a program out there masking as eTrust PestPatrol that could actually be a Trojan, virus, ad-ware, spy-ware and the like. Its either that your computer has a program thats conflicting with it, or your trial is over. Try deleting it and reinstalling it, or switching to another anti-virus/security computer such as ZoneLabs or McAfee

unistall that program and if you want it re-install it
