Ask the person who blocked it to unblock it. If they refuse, there is probably a good reason why it is blocked. There is no place for MySpace in a school, college or business environment. My Space is a purely recreational activity and so most schools, colleges and workplaces block it.

I am sure there is a pretty good reason why is blocked. In any case you can pull it off by accessing your internet options on your browser, and allowing a specific cookie. You will make this cookie and place it in the appropriate folder and viola, you are granted access, one last thing once you are done just erase the cookie, otherwise someone will have access to your myspace account. Is fairly simple to do but you will have to do some digging up at least I gave you the main hint on how to go about it. And no you don't need administration privileges as it will tell you if you try it now, there is a way but like I said search for my clue and you will be on your way chatting with your buddies in myspace.

try going to google, type in myspace and see if you can access it that way. if you cant, then its just not possible. P.S. your parents or school have that crap blocked for a reason. did you know your potential employers can go check out your profile before they hire you? people have been FIRED from their jobs because of that site, and facebook.you have to watch every word you type on the internet, its all traceable. also, i know girls think its cute to put up half naked pictures on those sites, but wait til some unwanted stalker comes after you. its happend to me, i had a livejournal, didn't even have pics up, and some guy read through all my stuff, some how put it together that i worked at this place, drove down to my city twice to try and meet me while i was at work...i was so scared...i no longer have a profile on either myspace or facebook for that reason. imagine, that guy didn't know me at all..not even how i looked...scary

Here we go again..all you newbie teenagers asking how to get past School blocks so you can play. Are my tax dollars to pay for you to goof off at School??

Your School's IT department monitors all PC activities. They know what you type, what you click on etc. They even know what you just asked here at Yahoo answers.
If you try a proxy or vtunnel or any other methods to bypass their filters, you will get into trouble, guaranteed. Explain that one to your parents when you get suspended or even expelled for violating School internet security policies.

Do you personal computer playtime and myspace crap at home on your OWN PC

If the actual site is blocked there are "Proximity" websites that allow you to access any website you like, via the browser within the actual website itself. its a great thing. It lets me surf the net on government computers at work. Yeah thats right, i waste government money. At least im getting something back out of my tax dollars, so be quiet.

(by the way its 7am and im drinking already, excuse grammar and spelling errors if any exist.)

You respect who ever placed the block on the computer and then thank your lucky stars if it is your parents that they are looking out for your best interests!

Work places block them because you are suppose to be working not playing and schools block because you are suppose to be studying not playing.

Are you trying to getting on from work or home? If you are trying at work, then the firewall is blocking you and it is useless to try. If you are trying from home, you just need to change your security settings.
