If you have parent control enabled, and you are the administrator, turn it off. If you are not Admin. ask the administrator.

If it is a works PC could be blocked by the PC or server firewall. Little you can do about this.

Some ISP's also block content. Change ISP and see if another will let you in

or a site that has parential controls- then you need the administor's id to over rider. or create a sub e mail acct and enter the site that you cannot enter.
