If the network guys at work made a good job and you'r not a hacker forget it.
If they didn't, you have to find an open door they left. Still a hard work to do. Remote accessing to a computer or a VPN access to a different network are some ways to avoid the blocking, but they could also prevent those services to be available.

If you want to keep your job, the only way to do this is to explain to your boss why you need to access a particular site and then talk to I.T. (the computer people) and get your system configured so that you can do this.
If you hack, or access unacceptable sites, it can be tracked. I know people who have been fired from jobs because of what they were doing on the computer when no one was around.
I also know of people who were reprimanded because they were reading their personal e-mail and some of the e-mail contained unacceptable material (and it was SPAM! not even a friend - but that was probably the only reason they weren't fired).
In both of these cases, there were no witnesses or finger pointing. The IT security people were doing routine maintenance and checks and found the objectionable items and traced it back to the computer and the log in ID - several weeks after the actual incident occurred. In the second case, the person didn't even remember it - again, because it was SPAM. In the first, the person lied (!!!!) but time card records showed them at work and the computer was logged in under their ID.

Circumventing Internet access control systems with web proxies to access unauthorized web sites is a violation of company computer usage policy. You will get fired from your job when you get caught. Use company computers for work, and the personal web surfing can wait until you get home. Do you really want your bosses and company IT administrators knowing what websites you visit anyways?

You're asking for real problems with this one.
Companies determine what is safe and unsafe for their computer systems and rightly do so. To get a virus or the like because you are visiting undesireable web sites would cost them a fortune to recover from it.
Generally, it's normally company policy that you can be fired if you are putting company resources in a situation of being compromised, damaged, or destroyed.
I'd say: If you value your job... FORGET IT !!!
