That happened to me. I had to take it to the Geek Squad. It was only 1 month after I bought it and I tried everything but it wouldn't go away.
The Geek squad was nice and walked me through how to reinstall everything. You should backup your files on a flash drive and then just rebuild your system from scratch. It sucks because it's the only way to fully rid yourself of those annoying trojans.

A lot of people use Antivirus Software forgetting that it must be UPDATED weekly (if not daily). During an update, the program will go out to the McAfee site, and download the latest "DATs" (These are data files with the virus signatures and cleaners).
Run the update on your McAfee and then run a full deep scan. If that doesn't take care of the problem, look for other support Antivirus Software. You wouldn't be the first who had to keep two or even three antivirus programs on their computer.
Check out
Symantec.com and AVG.com
among others...
and dont' forget to update your Adware and Spyware programs too. (Adaware, Spybot etc.)

Right now in fact I'm virus sweeping two computers, this one on McAfee, and the other on something else. It detects virus, cookies etc. Buy one thats good, but buy one that you can install from a disc from a store, don't download off internet unless you are really sure that its legit because if you download a fake one, then it will virus your computer. Good luck, the prices vary. Also, talk to GeekSquad or firedog or something, if its unfixable with a new program, then they can probably fix it.

First update your Mcafae Anti-Virus fully and then do a full system scan, don't leave anything thing to be left by scanning. and then if any virus has been detected then just qurantine it or delete it, but now days spywares are most common problem for slowing down a computer or the net connection, spywares are also a thing that shouldn't survive in your computer, they are also called to be malware, if you don't have any Anti-Spyware just download any one of them which is free from here :
http://www.download.com/Spyware-Removers/3150-8022_4-0.html
(just scroll down the page)
and then scan your computer and do whatever you are prompted for by the programs.
