Having trouble getting to my web sight it freezes and also when you get in they cut in and block you out then you have to keep trying do they not know that really messes up your computer maybe if they have to pay for those damages they will stop stop it.

Apparently....Microsoft (it argues) has a monopoly because most personal computers use Windows.
Rivals are kept out of this market by what the Government calls the ''applications barrier,'' which it says means that nobody buys a computer unless it can run lots of software, and nobody produces software unless there are plenty of computers out there to run it.

Microsoft doesn't run my computer! - I use Linux & so do many of the web servers.
Microsoft runs your computer because you haven't put any thought into your operating system & just bought what the sales people told you to... !

microsoft is running our computers because they know what they are doing when it comes to OS's *Vista Excluded*. As far as your website goes, maybe there is something wrong with your Internet Explorer.

Microsoft only runs your computer if you choose to let it do so. You have other options, like Linux, Mac OS, BSD, Solaris, and more. You choose to run Windows, so if you don't like it then choose something else.
